B) Compilation of contact form
Following the compilation, by the interested party, of the contact form on the site, the company will process the data to respond to your requests. It should be noted that the compilation of the Form is prohibited for users under the age of 14 (or considered minors by the jurisdiction of their country of residence). If they do not comply with the personal requirements, it is forbidden to enter your personal data in the Form.
C) Subscription to the mailing list
Following the compilation, by the interested party, of the form for subscribing to the mailing list, the company - with explicit consent and until its subsequent revocation - will collect contacts to send commercial and promotional information, newsletters and market research for marketing purposes. LEGAL BASIS
Pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, Letter f), of the GDPR 2016/679 the legal basis is represented by the Legitimate Interests: "the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties, except where such interests are overridden by fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject who require the protection of personal data, in particular if the data subject is a minor ". In this case, the legitimate interest is represented by the activity strictly necessary for the operation of the site and the provision of the navigation service on the platform. For non-technical cookies and equivalent technologies, the legal basis is the consent pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 Lett. a) of the GDPR. Pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, Lett. b), the processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party. Pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1, Lett. a), of the GDPR 2016/679 the legal basis is represented by the Informed Consent of the Interested Party: "the interested party has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes".
