EUROCUCINA MILANO, 2022

IRPAC, on the occasion of Eurocucina 2022 held in Milan from 7 to 12 June will present in addition to the already known ‘ SLIDING COPPER ‘ composition presented at the last Supersalone 2021, the ‘ IRORI’ project.

Designed by Andrea & Yoshiko Dichiara / AY TOKYO, we have given to this project the name of IRORI because its a traditional Japanese submerged hearth.

Used to heat the house and to cook food, it is essentially a stone-lined square pit in the floor.

We thought of this concept for the design of the new kitchen living place system. The central place of the house where the family found themselves united and enjoy being together by eating and communicating.
